MenoPower website!
Our mission is to create inclusive and supportive workplaces by raising awareness and providing tailored resources on menopause. This project, spanning Cyprus and Lithuania, empowers women and fosters equity through innovative education and collaboration.
MenoPower is an 18-month ERASMUS+ project focused on fostering inclusive, equitable, and menopause-friendly workplaces.
The project promotes awareness, education, and structural changes, empowering working women experiencing menopause while supporting employers in creating supportive environments. By co-creating resources and providing specialized training, MenoPower contributes to a culture that values diversity and ensures workplace equity.
Our project directly contributes to broader EU goals by enhancing adult education accessibility, improving digital outreach, and establishing innovative learning spaces. Through collaborative efforts, we aim to dismantle stigmas surrounding menopause and promote a more inclusive workforce for all.
